30-Day Return Period Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
24-Month Device Warranty New and refurbished devices include warranty cover for eligible hardware faults.
12-Month Repair Warranty Repairs include warranty on the specific replacement part fitted.

1. 30-Day Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a full refund within 30 days:

Same condition as sold The device must be returned in the same condition as sold.
No damage or misuse The device must not have accidental damage, liquid damage or signs of misuse.
Accessories, packaging and proof Any included accessories, packaging and proof of purchase should be returned.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

2. After 30 Days

After the 30-day return period has passed:

Refunds are no longer available Refunds are not available after the 30-day return period unless required by applicable consumer law.
Warranty support may apply If the device develops a covered fault during the warranty period, we will inspect and repair the device where applicable.

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been completed, unless required by applicable consumer law.

4. Device Warranty: New & Refurbished Devices

All new and refurbished devices include a 24-month warranty covering eligible hardware faults.

This warranty does not cover:

Physical or accidental damage Cracked screens, impact damage and accidental damage are not covered.

Water or liquid damage Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

Cosmetic wear and tear Scratches, marks and normal cosmetic wear are not covered.

Battery health reduction over time Battery performance naturally changes depending on charging habits, age and usage patterns.

Incorrect chargers or accessories Damage caused by incorrect chargers or accessories is not covered.
×
Misuse or unauthorised repairs Misuse, neglect or repairs carried out by unauthorised third parties are not covered.
Battery performance naturally changes depending on charging habits, age and usage patterns, and is not covered as a fault unless required by law.

5. Repair Warranty

Repairs carried out by Quantech include a 12-month warranty on the specific replacement part fitted.

Screen replacement warranty Covers the replacement screen only.

Charging port replacement warranty Covers the replacement charging port only.

Repair warranty does not cover:

New accidental damage after repair Any new drop, crack, impact or accidental damage after the repair is not covered.

Water or liquid damage Liquid damage after repair is not covered.
×
Unrelated components Damage or faults to unrelated components are not covered by the specific repair warranty.

Software issues Software issues are not covered unless they were specifically repaired by Quantech.
×
Misuse or later impact Damage caused by misuse or later impact is not covered.

6. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

Device model Please tell us the device model, such as iPhone, Samsung, iPad, MacBook or laptop model.

Description of the issue Please explain the fault or issue you are experiencing.
We may need to inspect the item before approving repair, replacement or another remedy.
