At Quantech, we aim to provide reliable products and fair after-sales support. Please read our returns, refunds, and warranty terms carefully before purchasing.
1. 14-Day Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a full refund within 14 days:
The device must be returned in the same condition as sold.
The device must not have accidental damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
Any included accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase should be returned.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2. After 14 Days
After the 14-day return period has passed:
Refunds are no longer available.
If the device develops a covered fault during the warranty period, we will inspect and repair the device where applicable.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been completed, unless required by applicable consumer law.
4. Device Warranty (New & Refurbished Devices)
All new and refurbished devices include a 24-month warranty covering eligible hardware faults.
This warranty does not cover:
Physical or accidental damage
Cracked screens or impact damage
Water or liquid damage
Cosmetic wear and tear
Battery health reduction over time due to normal use
Damage caused by incorrect chargers or accessories
Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
Battery performance naturally changes depending on charging habits, age, and usage patterns, and is not covered as a fault unless required by law.
5. Repair Warranty
Repairs carried out by Quantech include a 12-month warranty on the specific replacement part fitted.
Examples:
Screen replacement warranty covers the replacement screen only
Charging port replacement warranty covers the replacement charging port only
Repair warranty does not cover:
New accidental damage after repair
Water or liquid damage
Damage to unrelated components
Software issues unless specifically repaired
Damage caused by misuse or later impact
6. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:
Your name
Proof of purchase
Device model
Description of the issue
We may need to inspect the item before approving repair, replacement, or other remedy.
7. Consumer Rights
This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.
