2. Products & Pricing

2.1 We sell new, pre-owned, refurbished and used technology products, including phones, tablets, MacBooks, accessories and gadgets. Product condition is shown on the product page where applicable.
2.2 Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3.2 Orders may be cancelled by us if:
• The item is out of stock
• Incorrect pricing/information is displayed
• Payment or identity checks cannot be completed
3.3 Payment options include card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any method listed at checkout.

4. Collection Only

4.1 Quantech UK currently offers Local Pickup / Click & Collect only through our website.

4.2 We do not currently offer postal delivery, courier delivery, UK home delivery, same-day delivery, or international shipping through our website.

4.4 Once an online order is placed, we will prepare the order and contact the customer when it is ready for collection.

4.5 Customers may be asked to provide their order confirmation and a valid form of ID before an order is released.

4.6 For high-value products, pre-owned devices, refurbished devices, or repair-related items, Quantech UK may carry out additional checks before releasing the item for collection.

4.7 If another person is collecting an order on behalf of the customer, we may ask for the order confirmation, valid ID, and/or confirmation from the original customer before releasing the order.

4.8 Risk and responsibility for the product pass to the customer once the item has been collected from our store.

4.9 Customers are advised to check their item at the time of collection and contact us immediately if there is any issue.

5. 30-Day Return Policy

5.1 You may return any unwanted product within 30 days of collection or purchase.

5.2 Items must be:

Unused

In all original packaging with accessories
5.3 Customers are responsible for returning the item to our store unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

5.4 Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the return.

6. Warranty

6.1 All products come with a 2-year warranty from the Collection date.
6.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
6.3 Warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (cracks, spills, drops)

Improper use or modifications

Removed or damaged seals

Loss of data
6.4 If a fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product.
6.5 You are responsible for backing up and removing all data before sending devices to us.

6.6 Repairs include 12 months warranty on the specific part replaced only.

7. Faulty Goods

7.1 If an item is faulty or damaged at the time of collection, contact us as soon as possible.

7.2 We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund once the fault is confirmed.
7.3 Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our liability for any product shall not exceed the purchase price.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
If any issue or dispute arises, both parties will try to resolve the matter informally and directly with QuanTech, through communication and mutual understanding.
